چکیده

Here, cosmology is obtained from the variable gravitational constant G ∝ φ with φ(x) being a scalar and its fluctuations around the ground state. The gravitational action contains Einstein-Hilbert like term with variable G, kinetic energy and self-interaction potential for φ(x). Two phase transitions take place in this model. The first one takes place at the GUT (grand unified theory) scale ∼ 2.45×1014GeV, when the early universe exits the inflationay phase and the second one at the electro-weak scale. Spontaneous symmetry breaking takes place around this scale As a consequence, variable G acquires constant value GN (the Newtonian gravitational constant). The standard model of cosmology is obtained in the post-second phase transition era. Interestingly, the dark matter and quintessence dark energy are created from the gravitational sector as a combined effect of the linear term of scalar curvature and φ(x) without using non-linear terms of curvature or any 1

An inhomogeneous cosmology describing a spacetime without symmetry is shown to be able to inflate the early universe and explain the late-time acceleration of the universe without a cosmological constant and negative pressure dark energy and avoid the coincidence problem. e-mail: [email protected]

Primordial and late-time inflation in Brans-Dicke cosmology

The basic motivation of this work is to attempt to explain the rapid primordial inflation and the observed slow late-time inflation by using the BransDicke theory of gravity. We show that the ratio of these two inflation parameters is proportional to the square root of the Brans-Dicke parameter ω (ω ≫ 1). We also calculate the Hubble parameter H and the time variation of the time dependent Newt...

f(R)-COSMOLGY FROM EARLY UNIVERSE UPTO FUTURE COSMIC COLLAPSE AND ITS AVOIDANCE

In the present model, a unified picture of cosmology from early inflation to late acceleration is obtained from f(R)− gravity with nonlinear terms R and R of scalar curvature R. It is discussed that elementary particles and radiation are produced during early inflation. The emitted radiation thermalizes the universe to a very high temperature ∼ 10GeV. The exit of the universe from inflationary ...

The Dark Energy in Scalar-tensor Cosmology

Recent observations confirm that our universe is flat and consists of a dark energy component with negative pressure. This dark energy is responsible for the recent cosmic acceleration as well as determines the feature of future evolution of the universe. In this paper, we discuss the dark energy of the universe in the framework of scalar-tensor cosmology. In the very early universe, the gravit...
